Following a successful initial collaboration on the Touché instrument, Altyor was once again chosen to support the mechanical design, industrialization, and production of Osmose. This was a large-scale project characterized by a high degree of technical complexity and stringent requirements in terms of quality and durability.

Osmose brings together more than 271 unique references, for a total of 1,798 pieces.
Each subassembly must fit perfectly into a coherent whole. Tolerances are tight. There are numerous mechanical interactions. The slightest approximation can impact the user experience.
Perceived quality and precision of finishes
The alignment of the keys, the mechanical feel, the robustness of the buttons, and the stability of the chassis are all decisive criteria.
The level of requirement is that of a premium electronic product intended for intensive use.

The mechanical design has been conceived to facilitate the replacement of parts.
The components are accessible, removable, and designed for long-term maintenance.
Assembly without glue or adhesive
No gluing, no double-sided tape.
This structural choice improves the repairability, recyclability, and overall lifespan of the product.
Incorporate recycled plastic materials
Nearly 80% of the product is made from recycled plastic.
This represents approximately 2.5 kg of recycled material per instrument, or up to 6 kg of CO₂ avoided per product.
Facilitating maintenance through self-diagnostics
Osmose incorporates self-diagnostic software that quickly identifies malfunctions, facilitates updates, and optimizes maintenance.
