Industrialization is a crucial phase for any company seeking to move from small-scale production to large-scale manufacturing. With industrialization preparation, you can successfully navigate the transition to industrialization.

This course (Qualiopi certified) aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the key stages of industrialization for mechanical or electronic products in a constantly changing environmental context. It is structured around three main objectives:
