Integrated multi-test tools
It may involve burning operations, i.e. accelerated aging through exposure to extreme environmental conditions – temperature, humidity, UV, salt spray, shocks – in short, everything an object will have to withstand in normal use.
Our qualification laboratory enables us to carry out these tests in-house, right from the first prototype phase, for greater responsiveness and efficiency.
Pre-certification to guarantee certification
Altyor carries out a large number of pre-certification tests on behalf of its customers to ensure successful certification. This pre-certification is carried out at our Orléans site to prepare products for approval by a notified body.
Altyor carries out investigations and verifications in anechoic chambers, prior to certification testing. The purpose of these tests is to cover immunity and radiation aspects in order to guarantee successful EMC testing for CE/FCC marking of the product.

A complex path to market
Certification (CE marking, compliance with regulations, AFNOR certification, etc.) is a complex field. There are numerous standards, diversified certification processes, not very accessible information, etc., all of which have a major impact on the responsibility of our customers. Your product’s environment must also be taken into account: food, children’s products, etc. Some technologies may require certification by their designated organizations. These include the Zigbee, Z-wave, Sigfox and LoRaWAN protocols.
Support for certification of the products we manufacture
Altyor assists its customers in the normative qualification of their projects. The aim here is to determine the list of standards that a product must comply with, depending on its market, geographical marketing perimeter, and so on.
