IDO-DATA designs alert systems designed to prevent risks and enhance security. IDO-DATA has developed skills in these 3 areas in particular:

use of geolocation data

use of cardiac data

use of motion analysis data

The DIAL wristband, created by the start-up Ido-data, is a geolocation and alert device consisting of a tracking device housed in a waterproof silicone wristband. A press on the bracelet warns of any difficulty.

A press on the bracelet warns of any difficulty. The product is particularly well suited to water sports and is endorsed by the SNSM, the French coastal rescue association.

The electronic and mechanical design was carried out by Altyor. The mechanical components were developed based on a design by Starck. Altyor was also selected to oversee the industrialisation and production of the wristband and the beacon. This innovation presents numerous technical challenges, such as miniaturisation versus radio performance, battery life and durability in an outdoor, saline environment; not to mention the user experience, which is central to this project, ensuring the alert can be triggered ergonomically in urgent and complex situations.
