Secured padlock

Sharelock, founded in 2020 by Alexandre MOLLA (former General Manager of Uber) and Nicolas LOUVET (mobility consultant for public and private players for over 20 years), is an emerging player in soft mobility with the creation of the first network of shared padlocks for cities, the first network of connected and secure padlocks. Its ambition is to massively unlock the use of bicycles by providing a simple solution to the recurring problems of secure parking and theft. In addition to this network, Sharelock offers a disruptive bicycle insurance product to complete its solution to the growing problem of bicycle theft.

Sharelock has chosen Altyor as its industrial partner for the production of their padlocks. This production takes place at Altyor’s French production unit in Saint-Cyr-en-Val, near Orléans, dedicated to the assembly of small and medium series of complex, multi-technology products.
