In 2018, Europ Assistance launched HomeClic’, an easy-to-use smart button designed for its policyholders. The button can be installed anywhere in the home and is linked to an app. In an emergency, the policyholder can, with a single press, be put through to Europ Assistance’s helpline (in ‘phone’ mode) or send a personalised text message to a loved one (in ‘home’ mode).

Europ Assistance has chosen Altyor to develop the HomeClic’ as part of a ScaleUp programme.  Altyor has supported the world-renowned company throughout the entire process, from mechanical and electronic design and development through to industrialisation and production.
