Alert button in insurance market
In 2018, Europ Assistance launched HomeClic’, an easy-to-use connected button for its policyholders in case they need to contact assistance or a family member in an emergency. The button can be installed anywhere in the home and is associated with an application. By simply pressing the button, the policyholder can either press the telephone position to be put in contact with Europ Assistance, or the home position to send a personalized SMS to the policyholder’s family and friends.
