Le ‘produire en France’ est de plus en plus attrayant pour des raisons de souveraineté mais aussi écologiques, sauf qu’il se heurte à des murs plutôt difficiles à franchir comme le coût de fabrication et de mise en place d’une ligne de production plus élevé en France, des partenaires inexistants sur certaines technologies, une industrie trop spécialisée et non adaptée à du smart devices.
Le point positif dans tout cela, est que l’on trouve de plus en plus d’industriels qui ont envie de jouer le jeu, qui ont la même envie que nous, c’est-à-dire de trouver des solutions.

L’important est finalement de ne pas opposer les deux pays de fabrication mais de choisir l’un ou l’autre en fonction de son besoin. Par exemple, vous souhaitez créer une boucle de reconditionnement ou de recyclage pour votre produit, le choix de faire appel à un industriel français sera plus cohérent et plus flexible. Vous souhaitez commencer par produire des petites ou moyennes séries, l’industriel français saura y répondre. Vous souhaitez personnaliser votre produit, le made in France sera LA solution.

- Design: Product design, including design, creation of electronic schematics, and on-board software programming, is carried out in France.
- Manufacturing: Electronic components are assembled to form the finished product using local manufacturing processes. This may include PCB soldering, component installation, and other necessary operations.
- Assembly: The various parts of the electronic product, such as printed circuit boards, displays, housings, etc., are assembled to create the final product.

It’s important to note that in the electronics sector, many components are often manufactured in different countries around the world.
