Electronic consulting engineers
The Altyor electronics design office is made up of multi-skilled engineers. Expertise ranges from the choice of electronic components, with the construction of the BOM (bill of materials) to the production of drawings and schematics for all the product’s electronic boards (hardware). The degree of miniaturization required, as well as multi-layer technology, are all components mastered by our electronics engineers. They also create flash codes for your products and test benches (firmware and software).
Designing an electronic object at Altyor also includes Design for Manufacturing, i.e. design bricks for mass production of electronic objects. This involves, for example, optimizing the design of the electronic board so that its quality and functionality can be easily checked on an automated test bench.
Mechanical consulting engineers

They calculate or test the dimensions of the various parts of your product, and select the materials and processes best suited to your product’s use. They also produce all the design and mechanical industrialization files that are your property.
Our R&D center is also skilled in eco-design, seeking to develop a sustainable electronic product with reduced environmental impact. Altyor’s R&D department masters a wide range of materials, including plastics (virgin or recycled), aluminum, zamak, etc. Altyor, which has been designing products for over 30 years, also masters a range of manufacturing processes, including injection, compression, extrusion and machining.

Altyor adapts to each need and type of project to offer an industrial embedded IoT solutions at its two production sites: in France and in China.
