Since 2012, Altyor is actually divided into two subsidiaries: Altyor Industries SAS and Altyor Solutions SAS, for historical reasons. In 2021, Altyor will simplify things around a single administrative name: Altyor Industries SAS. No big changes for you. Yanis Cottard, CEO of Altyor, explains it all below
If I am an Altyor Industries customer, whatdoes it change?
Altyor Industries remains the same structure. However, the address of the head office has changed, as well as some legal information.

No, your contacts will remain the same, whether it isaProject Manager / Customer Service / Quality, etc… They are the same people with whom you will speak.
Does this change the bank details?
For the moment no, the bank details remain the same but may change quickly.
Does this change anything in terms of governance?
No, Altyor’s governance was already organized by considering Altyor Industries and Altyor Solutions as a common structure. The merger will not change anything.
Does it change anything in terms of capital?
No, Altyor Industries and Altyor Solutions were already wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Altyor Group. The two merged structures are combined under Altyor Industries, which is still a 100% subsidiary of the Altyor Group.
What happens to my current orders, projects or seriallife?
All orders are automatically transferred to the new structure. You donot have to do anything, the orders are kept, the delivery schedules and delivery times remain the same.
Do I have to change my supplier listing in my database?
Yes, you will have to record the new information from Altyor Industries in your ERP. On Altyor’s side, you have already been informed of the ERP change, this change is implemented in view of the upcoming merger. The change in November will be the only one and there will be no new change in 2021.
Do I need to change the item codes in my database?
Altyor Solutions item codes do not change. If you were an Altyor Solutions customer, you become an Altyor Industries customer but the item codes do not change.However, the Altyor Industries item codes will be unified in 2021 on the new system. If you were an Altyor Industries customer, you will need to update the Altyor item codes in your database, if they are stored in your ERP system.
Do I have to sign a new NOA?
Not necessarily, Altyor Solutions is merged with Altyor Industries and all commitments are transferred. However, if you prefer, it is possible to sign a new NDA on behalf of Altyor Industries.
I have a contract with Altyor Solutions, do I have to re-sign it with Altyor Industries?
Not necessarily, Altyor Solutions is merged with Altyor Industries and all commitments are transferred. However, if you prefer, it is possible to sign an amendment to the contract stating that Altyor Industries replaces Altyor Solutions.
I have purchased products or means of production from Altyor Solutions, is the warranty still in effect?
Yes, Altyor Solutions is merged with Altyor Industries and all commitments are transferred. Altyor Industries maintains the current warranties.
